Chinese energy firm Sushui Energy Technology (Sushui Tech) is set to showcase its direct methanol fuel cell products in Europe for the first time at the British Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (BAPCO) event in Coventry. Taking place on 5-6 March, the exhibition will see the company present its “All-Terrain All-Weather Power Solutions” at Booth B19.
Sushui Tech’s fuel cell generators, ranging from 50 to 200 watts, are designed for applications including smart cities, surveillance, public security, and disaster monitoring. The company highlights their advantages in long operational life, easy installation, low maintenance costs, and reduced carbon emissions.
Expanding Beyond Asia
Following a year of successful trials in Japan, Sushui Tech is turning its attention to new international markets. The UK has emerged as a key target, with growing interest from the country’s security sector.
“Since last year, we have received numerous enquiries from UK security organisations, demonstrating strong interest in our products,” said Daniel Lou, Global Marketing Director at Sushui Tech. “That’s why we have chosen Coventry as our first European stop.”
Lou emphasised the importance of working closely with clients to understand market needs. “We are learning from our clients to explore further possibilities for our technology. Building close and timely relationships is crucial to our success in every market.”
Future Expansion Plans
The UK marks the first step in Sushui Tech’s European expansion, with the company planning further launches across the continent. In addition, it has set its sights on other key global markets, including Southeast Asia and Oceania.
As demand for low-emission, reliable energy solutions continues to grow, Sushui Tech aims to establish itself as a major player in the evolving clean energy landscape.
