Baked Earth Bakery has announced the launch of its heart-shaped mini garlic and coriander naans, dubbed “Love Bites,” which will be available exclusively in Aldi stores across the UK starting 30th January. The seasonal snack is part of Aldi’s Valentine’s range and will be stocked in approximately 1,000 stores for a limited time.
The Love Bites are part of a larger range of mini naan bites created by the Nottingham-based bakery, which also produces seasonal varieties for other holidays such as Easter, Halloween, and Christmas. The company has developed the range to meet the growing demand for versatile and delicious flatbreads that cater to a variety of tastes.
Made using a traditional recipe passed down through the Butt family, the Love Bites are a nod to over 50 years of baking expertise. With a combination of garlic and coriander, the naans offer an authentic, savoury taste that is both familiar and comforting. The heart-shaped design makes them an ideal Valentine’s Day treat, perfect for sharing with loved ones.
Dan Butt, Managing Director of Baked Earth Bakery, expressed his excitement about the partnership with Aldi: “We’re thrilled that Aldi will be exclusively stocking our new garlic and coriander Love Bites. We know their customers will love these delicious mini naans – they’re the perfect way to win a partner’s heart. It truly is a match made in heaven.”
The naan bites come in convenient packs of 20 and are vegan-friendly, making them suitable for a wide range of diets. They are versatile in use, perfect as a side dish, a canapé, a mini pizza base, or simply for dipping. Whether served at a party or enjoyed as a snack, these Love Bites are set to become a popular choice for Aldi customers.
