David Yurman, one of America’s leading luxury jewellery brands, has launched its Spring 2025 campaign for the Chevron collection, starring actor, director, and global brand ambassador Michael B. Jordan.
The new men’s campaign, which highlights the theme of self-expression and the pursuit of excellence, was shot against the striking backdrop of Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park in New York City. Renowned luxury photographer Tyrone Lebon and film director Frank Lebon, together with Jordan, evoke a sense of purpose and determination in the series of film images and video, reflecting Jordan’s illustrious career in film and the innovative spirit of the Chevron collection.
Jordan, who has made waves both as an actor and director, shared his thoughts on his partnership with the brand: “I am inspired by the way David Yurman stays true to itself while continuing to evolve,” he said. “From David and Sybil’s artistic partnership with each other, to their ongoing collaboration with their son Evan, I look forward to continuing working alongside a brand that values vision and innovation.”
The campaign captures Jordan’s signature presence as he walks purposefully, a metaphor for both his own journey and the modernity of the Chevron collection. Styled by Jason Bolden, Jordan’s confident stance embodies the values of craftsmanship and artistry that are synonymous with the David Yurman brand.
The Chevron collection, first launched in 2007, is known for its sculptural designs inspired by ancient architecture and art, reinterpreted into modern jewellery. The iconic Chevron motif – a play on light and shadow – features deeply carved valleys contrasted with highly polished flutes, making it one of the brand’s signature pieces. The collection includes bracelets, rings, and tags and has become a staple of the men’s collection, which has seen significant growth in recent years.
The partnership between Jordan and David Yurman began in Spring 2024 with the launch of the brand’s first-ever men’s high jewellery collection, The Vault. The new campaign further builds on David Yurman’s momentum in the men’s jewellery market, with the brand continuing to collaborate with influential cultural figures who embody individuality and dedication.
Evan Yurman, President and Chief Creative Officer of David Yurman, praised Jordan’s authenticity: “Michael’s unwavering confidence and authenticity, both in front of and behind the camera, reflect his strong work ethic and character. Through this new campaign, we hope to inspire our audiences to follow the same passion that Jordan does in shaping his destiny.”
David Yurman’s Spring 2025 Men’s Chevron campaign is now live, starting on February 12th, across its website. The campaign also marks the continued growth of the men’s jewellery category for David Yurman, which remains a key focus for the brand in the years to come.
